At Circle Outsourcing, we invest individual interest and time in each of our assignments. Circle Outsourcing first conducts an HR Audit for the client, which helps determine the extent of the gaps in the client’s HR function. We then work with the client to prioritize the HR interventions required, based on business need and available resources. The client has the option of engaging our HR Consulting services (where Circle Outsourcing diagnoses the problem, suggests an action plan and formulates a road-map for the client to follow). Alternately, the client may choose from our HR Outsourcing solutions where Circle Outsourcing goes a step further and helps the client not only formulate the required HR intervention, but also works closely with the client to implement the new process and ensure organization-wide compliance. We then continue to provide support to the new system, till the process is integrated into the new organization culture
